I worked with Dante during my visit, and he was fantastic—very relaxed, calm, and made the entire process feel easy. He genuinely seemed like he was on my side throughout the deal, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the interaction with the manager during negotiations; he came across as a bit aggressive and unwilling to compromise further on price. While I understand he’s running a business and has to stick to certain boundaries, it did leave me with a less-than-great feeling at the end. Overall, Dante was excellent, and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted.

I had made an appointment to bring my car in due to a cat converter recall notice received in my email. The admin staff were very polite, efficient and a pleasure to deal with when arranging a date for my repair. On the day of the appointment, I was again treated with courtesy and efficiency. They even arranged for my travel home and pickup later in the day. Even though they touched on the subject of regular servicing, which I declined, there was no pressure to pursue this, which I appreciated. Tim, the service advisor and the staff rate five stars in my book.

Dante is the go to guy very knowledgable so patient in explaining features. I recommend him to be the go toguy 5 star for him!
