The team at DILAWRI Jeep were phenomenal to work with!
My wife and I were in the market for a new family SUV; and, after exploring other brands, we last minute dropped into Dilawri Jeep and immediately loved one of their on the lot vehicles. After meeting with George, he walked us through many options, gave us a great trade-in price, and worked with us to make a great deal.

Service was great for a oil change and tire rotation. Showed up, sat for 30-35 mins and it was ready to go.

Had an oil adapter replaced and 18 months later it ended up leaking. Called to inquire (without much hope) to see if it would be covered under warranty. Not only was it covered, but they got me in pretty much right away, and back on the road the next day! Fast, friendly, and professional. Very pleased! Thanks again Jessalyn!

When it came to replacing my older Grand Cherokee, Dante my sales representative was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. And the post purchase service has been excellent.
